Human Focus is a Worry when It Comes to Accidents

I have recently graduated with my two year degree in Nursing for a Community College. Since I have had to start paying back my school loans it was important for me to find a job as soon as possible. After putting my resume into the different hospitals that are around in my area I was finally surprised when I had received a call for an interview. I was able to immediate accept the position that was provided for me at the interview which was great too. Since yesterday was my first day on the job it mainly dealt with walking around with someone who had been there for a while to see what a typical day was. She mainly had me worry about Human Focus which meant the employee saftey and how to prevent any accidents from occuring with any of our patients or even the other employees while we were working.
